What is the TRAVELHEART Smart Tracker?
TRAVELHEART is a compact tracker designed to help you keep a useful reference for belongings you own, such as keys, luggage, bags, bikes, and everyday equipment.
Which phones is it compatible with?
Choose the version made for your phone before ordering. The iPhone version works with Apple Find My, while the Android version works with Find Hub.
Does it require a monthly subscription?
No. The TRAVELHEART Smart Tracker does not require a monthly subscription.
Is it a real-time GPS tracker?
No. It is not a standalone SIM-based GPS tracker. Location availability depends on Bluetooth, the compatible app or network, and surrounding conditions.
How do I set up the tracker?
Choose the correct version for your phone, open its compatible app, then follow the on-screen instructions to add and name your tracker.
Can I find the tracker when it is nearby?
When the tracker is within Bluetooth range, the compatible app can help you locate it, including by playing a sound where that feature is available.
What type of battery does it use?
The tracker uses a CR2032 battery.
Can I attach it to a vehicle or other metal surface?
The magnetic holder is designed for clean, flat, compatible metal surfaces. Use it only with property you own or manage with permission, and always check that the attachment is secure before use.
